360 Degree Spherical Panoramas

I've seen this before. A version done at the base of the Eiffel Tower but never kept the link. Now I've stumbled across this again though not by the same person, amazing 360 spherical panoramas replicated onto Flash. The 360 effect done on Flash makes you feel more immersed in the scene as if you are really there, as compared to a flat 2D image.
